I take molipaxin as supplement to my cardio therapy. I need to take anxyolitics because of insomnia related to palpitations and tense that I feel at night. I need more information about molipaxin. Does anyone have similar experience with heart disease and using hypnotics? It helps me sleep anyway.

Molipaxin is antidepressant and anxyolitic and it is not related to other available antidepressants. It is successfully used in patients with cardiovascular disease as a hypnotic. Its side effects are notably lower than TCA’s and SSRI’s. You may feel drowsiness but it is normal side effect opposite to insomnia that you suffer.
In distinction from similar drugs, it has no cardiovascular effect and that is the most important for you. Don’t worry about palpitations, they are often just subjective sign.
