My 6 month old Daughter have total white blood cell count is elevated, It was 12.2 k on her last visited to the doctor 28/12/2017 blood checked report, after the report doctor told to my wife there is infection in her blood , she has bad fever and tired of body last 2 weeks ,she is not feeding well, every alternative day she have fever .what it could this mean ?  . A very worried father.!
