For the last couple of months ive been having an irritation around the bottom half of my scrotom. Its just itchy, there is not redness or spots. Just wondered what it is and how to stop it. I don't think it is anything to do with my shower gel or anything because i've tried all sorts of stuff.
Also i have a lumpy bit of tissuse. It isnt hard and i dont think it is growing. It isnt attached to my testicles or scrotom. And i dont think it is causing me any problems. Just want to know if you can tell me what it is.

Looking at your description (rash or general redness on bottom part of your scrotum) it could be a fungal infection or maybe herpes. From another side maybe you are experiencing just some allergy. It could be 100 different things, so I suggest you to talk to your dermatologist and urologist and let them see how does it looks like.
They will ask you when did you have sex last time, because the reason for your problems could be some STD, which is nowdays very often.
Don’t hesitate, just go and visit one of them to know what is it exactly.
