Hi i am becoming a little frightened by this as i have never experienced anything like it.
i'm 20 years old and have srange purple sores on the inside of my foreskin. it is constantly sore and the skin is starting to crack. i can slowly see it getting worse and was looking for some advice. i am somewhat frightened that it may be an STi as i do have a fair few drunk encounters but am pretending that it isnt for now. if so then i will work towards that if normal treatment doesnt work. thankyou for all your help.

It could be an STD but it could also be a fungal infection as well. From your description I tend more towards the fungal infection.
You need to go see your doctor and get this taken care of. No sex until it is treated either. You don't want to have any broken skin as it increases your risk of developing an STD and you also do not want to spread whatever it is that you may have.
Don't pretend you're not having the problem. If it is an STD it can affect your fertility long term.
