ok so, i think about 2 months ago this started but my balls itch and burn like crazy, i sweat alot, and i use alot of gold bond. i think its jock itch but the other thing is that there are these bumps that are grouped on the lower scrotum so idk... help me...

Jock itch is possible. You can try an OTC anti fungal, like Lotramin should clear it up soon. Just follow the directions carefully and use a clean towel when you wash.
