my boyfriend has one testical smaller than the other one and theres like little vein looking things inside the testical. they look lumpy and his testical is really soft and saggy. he sais he went to the doctors and they told him he might not be able to have kids but hes not sure because we havent tried...could this be a problem can we have kids? please would someone like a doctor look at this question and get back to me please

I am sure you can have this done at the fertility clinic for a fee. Or if you know somebody who has access to a good quality compound microscope at a college or high school.
