I have a boyfriend of 2 years and we like to refrain from sex with other pleasurable activities. However, the other night he was fingering me quite vigorously and there was bleeding. I thought maybe it was my period but there is no blood now. It has happened before where there was a bit of bleeding. But i'm just worried. Can rough fingering ruin the inside of a vagina and cause a woman/girl to become unable to have kids?

The reason why there was blood is that the inner-lining of your vagina (which is a very sensitive/delicate membrane), was cut.
Bleeding can come from both sex, and manual sex, but just like a cut in the skin, your vagina will eventually heal and cleanse itself. However this does pose as a risk for an STI/STDs. You can get rid of that risk by wearing latex gloves and washing hands, but unless serious STis or STDs come into play you wouldn't have to worry about fertility issues.
