Hope everyone is Good Out there.

Unfortunately, i am struggling, crying with my stomach problem.

*Constipation * Gas Formation *Feeling tired All Day long* Feel heavy all the time* 

* External Haemorrhoid* Faeces Like Hard, Small, Brown, Stones combined together*

*Had COLONOSCOPY  And Doctor said its perfect just add up some fibers in diet.

*I have salad leaves, lentils, watermelon, rock melon, apples, lots of juices,4 liters of water everyday

*Lot of yoghurt, Green Peas, Spinach.  Every morning have pain in stomach and Verryyy bad gas comes out

  as farts. When i have any proper meal then gas formation.

* i drink lot of coffee like 3 cups a day is it too much?

* Please help me

Please see your MD If he/she is not helpful., tell her so.
You might have an impaction or blockage of some other type. I am no physician, but I.have worked as a patient advocate and I Know you shouldn't have to reference suicide to feel heard! If your MD can't provide a reasonable treatment, go to your ER and tell them you have severe stomach cramps. When they ask for the pain number ( a scale of 1-10, or 1-5) tell them the highest). You are to the point of thinking suicide, you are having a medical. Emergency.

Once in the morning and in the evening grind flaxseed and stir into a small glass of water. Drinking it allows the fiber to bulk then scrape your colon allowing all the food that are now toxins that has been sitting in your intestines to expel. Start taking a daily probiotic to flush your system with good bacteria. Eat fiber rich foods; vegetables, prunes and brown rice and such and stay away from processed foods. Drink antioxidant teas to help flush your body of bacteria and toxins. Yogi makes great ones. Olive oil and aloe vera will also sooth and coat your stomach lining as well as help with your bowel movements. Try to relax and start with these changes. Good luck

Will that flaxseed will make me to go to wash room all the time or it will just works internally.

As My working hours are like 7am till 9 Pm.



Well, I have been noticing one thing with my body since my childhood is that everytime i have some sudden shock or some unexpected happened i rush to washroom in 2 seconds. Is that Normal ? Does it happen to everyone like as i remember happened to mum in the past too. Do u know what i am sayin =g.
