If at all possible Elizabeth, continue to have sex ALL THE TIME. Make it fun though. Is it possible for you to have sex a lot? And, stop trying, when you can do that it generally will happen. When you think about it, conception is a miracle - one sperm has to travel a long way to meet up with one egg and then it needs to try to get it with the egg and hopefully connect inside and then it has to implant on the uterine wall. That is quite the feat for a little sperm.
After having sex continue to lay down for around a half hour before getting up and cleaning yourself. This makes it easier and more likely for sperm to travel well enough. You could start taking a prenatal vitamin as this starts to prepare your body for the future pregnancy.
good luck and hope this helps

I don't know what the timing has to be regarding fertile times and periods, but just keep on trying. My mother told me it took them 2 years to make me and my father finally put a pillow under her butt to elevate it. I don't know if that really worked or if the pregnancy was just a coincidence, but here I am.
Liz, I'm glad you recognize that our little swimmers are such amazing guys.

You know, I think I may have done something like that too at one time but if it was THE time I don't know. And of course sperm is absolutely amazing just like the female body which I know you are appreciative of too.

Well it goes without saying, you girls have the most amazing body ever built. As Dr. Oz said, it is one huge erogenous zone. Foreplay to you is being touched, caressed, and kissed over every inch of your bodies while foreplay for a man is getting his penis touched or thinking about getting it touched.
