As you masturbate you may first notice precum, a clear sticky fluid coming from your penis. As you continue you'll have an orgasm and ejaculate semen. Semen, when you first start to masturbate is often clear. It becomes more thick and whitish as you get older.
It sounds as if you are describing your ejaculation.
Once you ejaculate you WILL lose your erection. Your body needs time to recover - it's NORMAL. It's called the refractory period. In a little while, maybe 20 minutes or so, you should be able to get hard again.
