hellow my name is juan and me and my girlfriend found out that are having a baby and i think we are having some complication but she does'nt want to tell me whats going on. The most notable things that i see are going wrong is that she is having some major pain problems that make her feel very hurt and dizzy but so dizzy that i can see that she is going to pass out. Can you pplz tell me what might be happening? If not, give me any other resources or advice to help her out
