My husband has epidydmititis. Can he infect me?

Very doubtful.
Epidydmititis is a swelling of the epidydimous or small coiled tube at the head or top of the testicle. It swells or becomes inflamed for a number of reasons.

If he's in pain, he should see his doctor. There has never been an issue raised of passing it between partners.

I would ask this of his doctor.

If you have concerns of his fidelity, that's a whole 'nother kettle of fish.
