i run almost everyday.. 5k and 10k... then suddenly my knee statrs to swell below the knee cap and side... it doesn't hurt when i put pressure on it... its like a gel or a water... and i can't hardly strectch it.... i can walk and it doesnt hurt much... but the thing is i want it back to normal... pls. what will i do with it?????????

I used to have my right knee swell this way, you could feel the gel/water build up and but it didnt hurt to press on it but it makes it hard to bend/use. I ended up going to a chiropractor who did stuff to my spine and now my knee doesnt swell.
