I'm 16 and the last couple days the bottom right of my abdomen has hurt and also when I walk or do something my right nut hurts, I have a slight pain while just relaxing also. Is it a torsion or something serious, I don't really wanna tell my parents my nut hurts but should I?

It probably isn't a testicular torsion. Usually you'd be in severe pain, so much that you wouldn't even walk.
But, you SHOULD see your doctor.
It could be a variocele, they can cause pain. It may even be a hernia. The point is that it needs to be checked out. You DO NOT want any lasting complications from this.
Just tell them it's a "guy thing" and hope they leave it at that.
