Hello. I am 13 years old and this is really awkward for me to say this, but my scrotum is completely dried out, skin is ripping off from it, and it really hurts to touch sometimes, also my upper part has skin in the same way, but not as much as my scrotum does, if i touch scrotum i can litteraly make my finger go deeper into it because it seems like its empty or something inside. can someone please help me with this?
