My son is ten and for the past week or two he said he feel like something want to come out his pee pee whole . Today (4-21) it finally did and he said it was black and really small. He said it hurts  but it's not burning and more,he also said it felt and look like a little black rock. He is not sexually active and he's not experiences in mastering yet (can't believe I just said that lol) However, he is on a few medications and I thought it could be some reasons.

( adderall , fluroxtine and clonidine ) but now that it passed he said it's not as bad just make his ding dong feel uncomfortable.  Please help me out.
