Hi! I have the same problems with my temples. I've talked to my dentist, doctor, allergist, and TMJ doctor and noone has hear of this before. The allergist is the only one making an effort (I took a picture of me at my worst on my cameraphone. This really helped prove it to him.) I have many food allergies that are minimal, but maybe in combination they are causing me problems. I'm now keeping a food journal of the date and food when it happens. Good luck!

Hi, it is very interesting to be reading this about your temples. i also experience swelling temples and notice that my temple area gets sensitive when eating "hard" foods (chips, bagels, ect.). i have recently been experiencing horrendous migraines along with the temple selling, so much so, that i have had to purchase a specific type of pillow (with small beads inside). this pillow enables me to relax when laying down with the migraine since mine are soooooooooo pressure sensitive. i have not had anyone give me any reasons yet as to the problems relating to the swelling of the temples. i hope you will share information if you receive any.
