My left temple is swollen

Is there a chance that you might have accidentally hit your head while you were sleeping - you wouldn't necessarily have to felt it and that area is very sensitive to any kind of irritation or injury. Does it hurt when you touch it? IS it warmer than the rest of your body?

Same with me...however, it doesn't hurt at all. I just sees to be getting more swollen as the day goes on.
