My vagina seems to be swollen after I have sex with my bf. It seems to be so swollen that I can barley close my legs and walk I apply an ice pack and lay down. It seems to relieve the swelling but the pain is still there..it mostly happens when I come off of my menstrual cycle. Am I to be alarmed or is it normal?

My vagina has been like this as well but it's also itchy in the lips. This is the second time I've noticed this after hardcore sex and the first time I was checked out at the doctor to see what this might be, they ran blood, urine and swab tests and checked for stds and it all came back negative and i was clean, no yeast infection or sti/std and Same thing as this time. Can someone please help.

I think it’s normal I visit the gyno every so often and have not had any stds or sti but I would get real swollen and irritated down there after rough sex. The longest time being swollen for me was a week. And I’ve only ever been that swollen after sex probably 3 times. My doctor say it happens but it could also be from a yeasty or having sex while having a yeasty

Hi, this happened to me - very swollen, burning, hot, lymph nodes swollen, sick feeling. My husband had feces on his penis!!! I won't go into how that happened - suffice to say his bathroom habits were lacking. It took 3 days to clear up. No sex for that guy for years afterward because that was the second time it happened. We divorced. Shocker.
