hi i have five lumps on the back of my tounge,i am 57 years of age,i am lossing weight for no reason,i eat healthy,i work hard,the symptoms i have been sore under my rib gage,sore down the side of my face and jaw,wanting to vomit but can t,hot and cold sometimes mostly hot flushes,spitting blood only twice,no taste when i drink or eat,sore neck,should i be alarmed...my last weight check was 2 weeks ago,which was 46kilos,,,can someone please tell me what this is
