Hello. I am a guy that is 35 years old and I am a construction worker. Because of my line of business, I have horrible problems with my neck. It hurts so bad sometimes that I have to take a day off. Do you know something that could help me contain/cure this problem of mine? I would be grateful if you would help.

I just know what you feel. I am manual labor worker too. I get horrible pains every time I come home. I found that lots and lots of massages really help. I installed a Jacuzzi and it helps too. So after a long days work, you just need a little bit of relaxation and your problems will surely go away. Best wishes.
