You know what? Meditation can be useful method. You could try acupuncture too. The pins in your skin don't hurt but help your muscles. You are more concentrate and relaxed. I did a right choice when I tried acupuncture. Now I feel great. I abandoned that job because health comes first. You might do that too. I wish you all the best, and I hope that you will be stress- free in this time.
