i am in my teen age and i am fat.so my breast size is also big..so i want tolose my weight and my breast size..please tell me any exercises so that i can decrease my upper part

The best say to lose weight is to decrease calories and increase activity.

Try to aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate activity per day such as walking.

Then add some light weight lifting to build muscle.

If you have a lot of muscle, the muscle will burn fat/calories even when you're resting.
