It is always difficult to know when the right time is. When two people are attracted to each other, it is often spontaneous, so just let things take there course. Put your arm around your gf when you are sitting together, and maybe stroke her hair or face if you want to. If she wants to kiss you she will let you know! Hope this helps a bit. Please don't worry.
