what may be the proper kind of deit for a person working in the night shifts?



Working the nightshift (graveyard shift) can wreak havoc with your eating habits.  All too often you eat out of vending machines, eat excessively out of boredom and drink far too much coffee.  Your best bet is to stay away from the vending machines.  You need to take the time to prepare food for youself at home that healthy and nutritious and bring it with you.  Consider that there are some frozen dinners that are health and all you need to do is pop them in the microwave.  Bring those with you along with fruit and veggies with some dip.  I worked night shift when I started college so I  11pm to 7am and had classes starting at 8am in the morning.  What a schedule.  Brown bagg'n it worked well for me.  Besides, I didn't have enough money to buy from the vending machines.
