no period after implanon removal?

i had my implanon removed early may this year and i still haven gotten my period, not even a little bit. and i didnt get any bleeding when i had the implanon. my husband and i are trying for our 1st but im worried because surely i should of gotten my period by now.....

Hey there everyone,i had my Implanon removed June 3rd 2011, after the whole 3 years i had gotten a period exactly 1 month later, and my period was a few days late last month, but aunt flo made her presence known, i am due my period today actually, normally i have major pms a week or so before, usual cramps and bloating, but no period, i didnt have many issues with the implant other than massive weight gain, about 55 pounds in total, and mood swings, my husband and i would love another child, before i take him to the vet to be neutered, oops i mean snipped lol, anyway, good look to all of you who are trying, hope it all works out , .>BB<

Hey ladies , I've had my implanon taken out about 3 weeks ago an still haven't got a period in this time , I'm starting to get fustrated , I have taken a pregnancy test , showed negitive! But could I even be pregnant if I haven't had a period and havent had a period since the implanon had been out in so I'm so last on a period cycle I would no what to if I was pregnant in only 16

Hi I'm in a simular situation I had my I'm plant put in 22nd feb 2011 and I had it removed arp 19 2012 I had no periods for 6 months of being on it the n had a normal length period then nothing for a further 6 months and then had 3 in 1 month I am now in week 3 of having the implant out I ovulated last week and had intercourse while I ovulated is it possible I may be pregnant with out having a period in a while

Hi everyone, i had my implant inserted two days after my daughter was born on august 23rd 2011 and ive just had it removed may 14th, a week ago. my period was due on the 19th and i thought i was on my period last night but i woke up this morning and its gone... im wondering if that was my period or if my period will even come?

i had my implant out on the 22nd for february i have had light light spoting on the 3rd of march and i have take about 4 test and one said i was now they are saying i am not i have some off the signs i whent to the doc and i have had a sacn and it said i was not for pregnant i have had the discharge and felling sick the lady at the sacn place said it is all to do with hormone levels and that i have to take a test in a week and if neg then i am not .

Hello Ladies. I had the implanan put August 2010. Throughout the time I had the implant, I had no real period, only light spotting once or twice. I always had the side effects of nausea, lower back pains, and some dizziness, but never positive pregnancy tests. I had the implant taken our in early February 2012. In early March I had light spotting for about 2 days, expecting to get my period back like normal, but the spotting disappeared with no signs of return. I still had all the same side effects of nausea and dizziness. Since I had sex 3 days before taking out the implant and took several pregnancy tests after having the implant out, but still all negative. Then in early April, I had a full period with normal flow that lasted for 5 days. The side effects subsided, but now its almost the end of May and no period. I had signs of pms, but no period and the side effects have come back. I have had sex in the past few months, but every time has been protected and been very very careful to have no accidents. Anyone having similar situation? :(

Hi guys, i had my implanon rod out in April 2012 and its now june, so two months after i still havent gotten my period yet :( i dont want to be pregnant as i am now on methotrexate but i am soooo woried, i took like 6 preg test last month and the were all negative. i dont know whats wrong with me

Hi..Im currently a year into my second implant..and I havnt had a period for a good 3 years of if...I had test done when the first was removed as I hadn't bled at all through the time..apart from when it was first put in! I'm thinking of having it removed so I can conceive however I want to know if anyone in my situation has ?

hello i read ur answer and i want to ask a question i had my implant out last week havent had my period in 4 weeks and the last couple of days been feel nauseated andhad back ach, bloated tummy, tired, weein loads,and sore boobs and im now thinkin could i be pregnant do i take a test

I had my implant removed on 13th August after it being in for 15 months, previous to this one i'd had 2 others. The dr that removed it said that my periods should return in 4-5 weeks, but should I try for a pregnancy in the meantime I could get pregnant. We are actually trying which is why I had it taken out. Since it being removed I have had stomach cramps and lower back pain almost all the time, which I always used to get before the start of my period. I didn't have periods for the last 2 years with the implant so no idea when I am actually due. The cramps are exactly the same as pre period. No sickness feelings but this week my breasts have felt sore and tender and the pains/cramps in my stomach feel stronger. My husband and I have been having unprotected sex every 2 days since 13th August. I have done a few home pregnancy tests but all negative. I hope I get a period soon, so at least I can find out when I am ovulating, to make it easier to try and conceive. Either that or I want a big fat positive pregnancy test. This is week 5 now so I am starting to worry a little. I didn't get any spotting or bleeding on implant removal, nothing at all. Anyone else in my situation with some advice or kind words? How soon after did you have your period? How soon should I wait before seeing a doctor?

hi im sarah-jayne im in the same position as you simular anyway,as for your questin yes if you are ovulating but still havent got your period you most deffernenly can get pregnant as long as you are ovulating you can get pregnant without getting your period
