I'm in a similar situation. Had my last period October 10th 2012 had my implant out nov 15th. It's now January 10th 2013 and I haven't had a period yet? No withdrawal bleeding from the implanon removal either!
Think it's time to see a doctor?

Ok.. So I had implanon in for 19 months. I went 9 months without af then it suddenly came back. Last period started Jan 24 and went until the 7th of Feb. Had implanon removed while on it, Feb 1st. Still no period, but like many of you, I've got the cramps, the fatigue, the hunger, even slight food craving, but most of all, the discharge which is abnormal than that usual for me. I'm 7 days late. I want to test but im afraid of getting a bfn. I hate getting my husbands hopes up. He wants a baby so bad, and so do I! Any suggestions? Any thing will help!!~THANKS~
