It's unlikely that you stopped producing semen. What is more likely is that it is going the wrong way. It's going into your bladder and not out your urethra. This is because its an easier path for the semen to go into your bladder.
Do you ever notice "cloudy" urine when first urinating after masturbation or sex?
See your doctor, preferably a urologist.
Diabetes and some medications can cause this. It is called "retrograde ejaculation."
