Hi,  I'm 24 years old and I've been having sex for a 1.5 yrs with my boyfriend. I have a lot of issues internally, causing sex to be painful most times. I have Adenomyosis, Endometriosis, uterine fibroids, pelvic congestion syndrome, enlarged ovaries, etc.  I ended up getting a blood clot from being on the birth control pills. I can't have an IUD because my pelvic congestion syndrome.  I have spoke with my doctor and he reassured me condoms DO work, and if I was so concerned about risking pregnancy (which he told me wasn't likely given my conditions) that I could use a sermicide or gel with them.  My bf and I have been using a vaginal contraceptive foam (spermicide), along with condoms. We have only recently began having sex again using these methods, as it took me a while to get comfortable.  I am concerned about pregnancy STILL. I think it's because im relying on something thats not a prescription from my doctor, as my birth control pills were. I still want to have sex, but the fear of pregnancy scares me.  I haven't had my period since October 27th was the last day it ended. I was sexually active on November 3rd. It's December now and I am really concerned as to why my period is still not here.  I have been under stress lately with new jobs, and i've been dealing with a lot of pain, discomfort and inflammation in my pelvis (which isn't unusual. ) I have always had irregular periods, but now being off the BC pills it doesn't regulate it anymore and I'm scared I could be pregnant. What do you think?  Any experiences similar?  Thanks everyone.
