Hi, at 14 an erect penis can be anywhere from around 3 inches to the average adult male at 6 inches. Unless you have actually seen them then I wouldn't take much notice of it.

Correct although it is possible to have 7-8in penises i would say unless u break out a ruler and show u I don't believe it..... Make sure they are. Not measuring in. Centimeters instead of inches

I see well fleshlight scan be great but you must keep them clean and they can be expensive. Rolling a rubber glove in a towel and adding some warm lube into it can give a similar feling

I guess the 'hidden question' here is you are worried about your penis being small? Asking this question is a normal part of development, so too is comparing penis size when you are in a communal shower for example or when you see an older brother.
Averages are just that, an average derived from the very smallest to the very largest.
Penis size is nothing to worry about. Many fully grown men have a penis size of around 3" (75mm). With the "Average" being around 5" (125mm). A 14 year old male may be at any stage of puberty and so may be at any stage of growth development. The size of your 'dong' is no measure of how masculine you are or how good a sexual partner you may become.
Many things are beyond your control and rely upon your ancestors & your bodies hormone production. However, penile length and thickness can be influenced by regular and long maintained erections. (something that is not a problem when you are a teenager!) . Relax, give yourself time to grow, it's an early stage of a young man's development.
One thing you need to get checked is that there is not a 'hydroseal' on one or more of the testes. This is a watery filled inner skin that envelops one or both testes within the scrotum. It can swell the scrotum to very large sizes or can be unnoticeable. A doctor can easily check this for you in seconds. 1 in 6 males have a hydroseal.
A couple of things to keep in mind: 1) Many teenagers are a little overweight (puppy fat) and that means a 'fatty pubic area', in turn, some of the penis length is lost in the fatty tissue. 2) When we look down at our penis, it always appears smaller from that perspective but viewed from the front (as you see others) it appears much larger.
