Nose still appears crooked after surgery -is this normal?

I just had a septorhinoplasty with spreader grafts on Friday.  So far I feel pretty good physically, but what has been bothering me is that is appears my nose still drifts to the right slightly.   It is hard to tell because the exterior splint and bandage is still in place, but that is obviously crooked, so it looks like my nose underneath is as well.    I'm going to see the doctor as scheduled on Wednesday, but my question is if it is crooked, can he do anything to adjust at this point?    Thanks!
