Passing a jelly like substance at the end of your urination happens when you haven't ejaculated for a long time. You're body is simply discharging the build up of semen. It happens to me as well when I don't have sex or masturbate for a long time. No worries. You can test this if you want by masturbating once or twice a month. It will probably stop.

Hello, I hope you have found some relief and a diagnosis. I was also having the symptoms you describe, plus many other symptoms, and after much research (I don't have health insurance) I came to the conclusion I had an overgrowth of Candida (Candida Albicans) which occurs in over 70% of the population but is largely misdiagnosed. I have since started a cleanse drinking more water, adding coconut oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, vitamins and fresh fruit and veggies along with supplements like Oil of Oregano (which is antifungal) and cut out red meat, dairy,refined sugars,caffeine and carbs.So far my self treatment and nutrition changes have reduced my symptoms by 80% and I have never felt better!! Lol stupidst thing ive heard no its not diabetes. Im type 1 diabetic and not once did i have this symptom!! Dont give advice to people if your not sure and clearly have no idea about diabetes. Not good giving somone wrong information can really scare somone for no reason and make them ill with stress.

I have the exact symptoms that you do. My urologist also told me it is very rare and that it could be cancer. I just had the surgery and he had to also remove my unbiblical cord. I still have my catheter in and I still have passed some jelly. Do you know if that could be some leftovers in my bladder.

For everyone, go to the hospital and get checked for a yeast infection or anything else like wee infections or other infections, a lot of people these days don't seem to know much about infections which is terrible really, there should be more education on it, but it's VERY common for people to get infections, 99.9% of the time it turns out to be some kind of infection, i used to get wee infections a lot when i was younger, it's very common to get yeast infections too esepcially for women, it loves warm places like under the foreskin or inside the vagina because it's inside tucked away, if you see anything unusual or even feel burny when you wee or even pee yourself without warning the it's most likely an infection. STDs may not even show symptoms but infections always do.

I am having the same problem! When I urinate there's a thick jelly like substance that's an orange purple and brownish red color. In my case it doesn't hurt to pass. Seeing my primary Dr. On the 5th of May to let him read these posts.

Hello, I am a quad 10+ years now. As far as the super pubic goes i had the same problems . The smell is terrible, and the white sediment is definitely a pain. I am by no means a doctor although I have learned from experience. With a super pubic your bladder never really is empty . That creates most all the problems you are having. After about 5 years i had mine removed and now self cath . My uti's and all the other problems went away. I hope this is some help.
