Hi my 11 wk old Yorkie Terrier puppy "Prince Piper" went pee and then dragged himself about 18 inches and on the floor.There was this really thick yellow jelly substance on the floor.Piper was up almost all night crying barking and whimpering..~was he in pain??.Thought it may be a urine track infection or could it be a urachal cyst..I read it on line.Thanks for any OPINIONS & advice,we do have a vet appt. on Friday July 15th.Thanks a lot ,Janet C.
