Hello

I have weak quads and hams that have plauged me with a multitude of overuse injuries. I was wondering if anyone knew an advanced leg routine to build mass and strength to the legs. Also, if anyone has general tips on achieving my goal then go ahead and drop your two cents.

If you can, you should definitely try and work out at a gym a couple times a week. There really is no replacements for machines if you want to specifically work your quads and hamstrings.

I agree getting to the gym. Squats, lunges, deadlifts, leg extensions.

Well yes hitting the gym is not a problem as I do it 6 days a week for my upper body. What are some specific advanced leg workouts that have been successful.
