When I was 15 my brother accidentally hit me on the head with a miniature golf club when he swung it backwards over his head. I now have what I've been calling a dent in the back middle of my head. I think it more than likely was a fracture. There was a lot of pain and my vision was temporarily funny but I never went to the doctor since the pain went away. Now that I'm 27 is it anything that I should be concerned about?

You should only be concerned if you are having unusual symptoms coming about.  However, since the incident happened so long ago, there shouldn't be anything that would be lingering at this point.  The 'dent' on the back of your head may be a natural indentation of the skull.  Everyone has this.  So I don't think you have any reason to worry about it.  If you have any pain or other symptoms, it would be unrelated to the incident.  You should go to the doctor if have any visual disturbances or head pain, if you are having this as of recently.  I hope this helps.
