ON and On, I also need to know?

I had my last son in July of last year. The dr told me it was very unsafe for me to have anymore children, because of severe hypertention, so, I agreed to a tubal ligation immediatly after my c-section. Anyways, I have been kind of really sick these past months, I can't eat properly, I vomit when I do, and I have severe headaches that accually cause me to faint.
Loss of sexual pleasure, if any for the last 2 months, and recently I have had this feeling of, fluttering in my right, and middle of my stomach. I have very irregualar cycles, since my now just about 1 year old son was born, so I have absoultly no idea what is going on there. I was just wondering if it may be possible, me feeling so blah all the time. I also would like to mention that I am also on some med's that is not exactly safe, well, they say on the bottle that you must consult a physian if you think you may be, or already pregnant. Would just a normal home pregnancy test work, or will I have to go to a trained person in that field.
I am sorry about asking the same questions as all the other women, but, like everyone else, things are different in ones eyes supposed to another's
