Should I be worried about being pregnant if I have been on birth control for over a year and a half and have been usually taking it around 10pm every night? Sometimes I take it an hour or so off, and I don't know how much that affects my chances of becoming pregnant. My boyfriend and I just recently had unprotected sex for the first time (used the pull-out method) but I'm a little worried he still may have had some precum inside me.

so.. should I be worried if the birth control isn't always EXACTLY taken?
Or will an hour make no difference?

No, the advised time limit to take a birth control pill is a span of +/- 2 hours. So you've got four hours leeway. I must say, that's very impressive that you've managed to take it at such a regular time.
