hey there, i'm a 26 , i had my tonsills taken out seven day ago, and boy has this been a nasty painful road. I have been drinking my weight in water about three liters a day and hardly able to eat anything. Anything other than water makes things hurt more but i am managing to get some boost down. The scabs haven't really started coming off yet and still have lot's of swelling on one side. I still have to take pain meds every four to six hours(my doc gave me oxycodone, since i can't have codiene). That's caused some constipation problems and stool softners and metamucil aren't doing much to remedy that. Despite the pain meds there's still pain when swallowing. And i do have one question i wasn't given any antibiotics is this normal? Well gotta go lay down again, ugh. Take care everyone. XD
