Hello! Having one testicle is something you can live with as long as you feel fine and it doesn’t affect your sex life and ability to have children. Your another testicle functions just the way both of them would be functioning so you don’t worry unless you notice some changes and difficulties.
I have this so called buried testicle that was removed yet after I was born. It didn’t descend to the scrotum and surgery was required. All my life I haven’t noticed any difficulties, only I was a bit uncomfortable talking about it but on my great pleasure, everyone took it pretty well, like in your case.
So, as long as you feel fine, you don’t think about it too much!

You would be surprised at how many men have only 1 testical. Some have it from birth, some from accidents and others from TC or another disease. Hey even Tom Green and Lance Armstong have only 1 testical! :-)

Don't worry about it to much and if you ever think something is not working like it should then please see a urologist(sp) as they would be able to help you out in that case.

Take care!

I have one testicle as well.It was removed when i was an infant. It twisted and got strangulated.
It did not affect my sex life, penis size,or fertility(i should have had a child when i was 22 but both me and my ex girlfriend at the time opted for an abortion).

I was a little paranoid growing up, and it is something that till today i do not speak about and who ever knows (close family and ex girlfriends) keeps it to them selves. Not that it's something to be ashamed about, but i don't like people knowing unless it's necessary.
