Aight, first off ya'll are replying to a topic that is from 2007. Stop being lame about this. Second, didn't anyone take Health class in school? One testicle is ALWAYS slightly larger then then the other. Watch a porn sometime and pay attention if ya don't believe it. Now, if it is considerably larger then the other, talking huge in comparison, then you would want a Doc to take a look at it during a physical.

first off it is completely normal for one testical to be slightly larger than the other
