Hi guys, my fiancé is a bit embarrassed with this topic. But his left ball is extremely bigger then his right one. Now he doesn't pee blood or have problems getting hard, he is 21 turning 22. We have been trying to have a child since 2013 and yet still cant pregnant. Can he have cancer or something wrong with his sprem?

Same and I'm 16 my left testical is bigger and even the things attached to it that get the sperm from it are bigger but I am too insecure to see a doctor so I will probably just die :)

I'm 16 with the same issue as well.. One of my testicles (my right one is bigger) I have no pain, no lumps, Nothing.. I'm afraid i might have testicular cancer, but I doubt it.
