HI! i am 21 years old and also facing from the same problem from 4 years back. when my two testicle have swell at that time they make me lot of pain but after sometime it was fine ..... but after it all is normal but i feel that right one is smaller than the left one....
Before this i remember at the age of 12 or 13 i have an burning sensation on to the penis.... which after gone and all normal...

and other imp. thing to tell 1year back i m having a sex with my girlfriend at the first time ... At that time my virginity got lost or my foreskin on penis get break not the whole but just an less than half .. at that situation i m feeling bad with my gilrfriend after happening this till now she did'nt ready to do sex again .... she told to check this by an doctor but i hassitate very much......
so plz help me.....plz.....plz........

These are symptoms of testicular cancer, you must contact or see a doctor as soon as possible. It is most common in man ageing between, 20-39 years old. If one of the testicles is very slightly bigger or smaller than the other, it is perfectly normal. Perhaps, you've mistaken one testicle to be dropping lower than the other. This is seen in 95% of men today.

Okay I know this is a late post but I only just found this. My thing is, is that I'm a 17 year old boy who is into women and likes to do things to my body "Masturbating". Now I only started it when I was 16 years old. But I started humping furniture when I was 15 years old. Now that I have reached 17 my hormones are raging for sex. But I am being steady, the thing is the other day I noticed that my right testicle when I was jerking off was bigger then my left one. But now that I haven't done it for 2 days they both are the same size. I've asked my doctor If I have prostate cancer and she said no. But however I do have a rage on both sides of my theighs near my groin. Sorry for my grammar, I got that checked out and am putting cream on the area. I am still worried about my testicles though because 1. I don't want to lose them and 2. I don't want to have prostate cancer "Even though I know there's a cure for it, but that's only if you can fix it in time". I am thinking to ask my nurse if I can get a prostate examination done. But I am to embarrassed and come on, the nurses I have are old and.... yeah..... I really want to get this checked out because it could be serious but I don't know about how serious it is.
I have pledged to not masturbate anymore for the rest of my life. The only thing I'm going to do is have sex when I am married which won't be for another 6-7 years. I have never had sex with a girl in my life so I don't have AIDS or anything like that.

Well it could be Testicular cancer, however since im not wearing bowling shoes i find that hard to believe, it could just be that whenever you have sex, sperm is only drained from one of the testicles, i suggest talking to a doctor about this, im sure its nothing.

I am a College student going for my PhD at Cambrige University and I am Male, so I have this same "problem" as well, but it trully is not a problem, it just means you are very intelligent with science, or if the left is bigger it means you are smarter. I don't know but everyone I know at this school thinks the same way.

I am 15 and one of my testicles is larger than the other. Not by much though. I have no problem urinating or cumming. I have no problem getting an erection. No blood in my urine or my semen. Should I still go to a doctor just to be sure?
