My right testicle started growing sometime in my teens and became twice the size of my left after a few years. I ended up going 2 the doctor and had an ultra-sound and they said it was fluid that attached 2 the ball. its called a hydroseal i believe. Totally harmless besides being uncomfortable at times

I was just at the urologist yesterday & one of the possible problems the doctor noticed was that one testicle was larger than the other, to the point where he ordered a sonogram. He believes it may be filled with fluid, but he needs to see the results before anything is known. It is not painful & does not bother me. I have 2 grown children.
