Hi. I am only 27 years old and so out of proportion. My BMI is 25 (and I`m a girl). What do to? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi. I am out of proportion too. My hips are too wide, my breasts are too small. My hands and legs are kind of a too long. But, hey, I don`t care. If you want to change and shape your body you should exercise. Swimming is the very best thing you can do for your body. It is a true body shaper. And it is such a fun too. I have started to swim 2 months ago and I can feel my body is changing and improving. I feel a lot healthier and my skin looks great. It is better to go to the sea and sweam in sea water, or in the ocean, but if you can`t for some reason, swimming pools are just good enough.

I was quite out of proportion and I'm only 14!!! I started going to a yoga class twice a week and my body is so toned and looks much more proportioned... It realy helps a lot!
