I can't imagine the size of your penis is actually decreasing. I am a pretty educated person in general - and this is something I have never heard of before - ever! Masturbation certainly does not cause your penis to get smaller!
Any chance you are not measuring the same way - or YOU are getting bigger by comparison so it appears that your penis is smaller?
