As I get faster, my repeats get longer and the rest interval gets shorter, I find myself with a rather 'nervous' stomach (if you know what I mean) when I'm doing intervals.
Are there any tricks to controlling this?

it's no doubt nerves...I get like that the day of certain workouts and I usually end up starting them later when I "know" I'm ready. In the long run, it's good training as your intestines will no doubt react this way on race day. But you eventually learn when "it's all gone" and I can now kick some butt.

I have never had nerves from a workout before.
Stop eating so healthy. Eat more meat and greasy food, and things not so easily digestable. That should help.

I don't really know what you mean, but if you mean what I think you mean the same thing happens to me after a long run.

Do them in the morning when it isn't so hot and you don't have a full belly. The only times I've had that problem is when it was very hot or I had eaten a lot during the day.

The full stomach may be part of it since I usually do them in the evening. I'll try cutting back on what I eat for a few hrs. before and see how it goes.
