I am 15 years of age. Will be 16 in July. I am 5'3"..maybe 5'4". I weigh about 170lbs on average.. I have a larger chest.. like a bit too big for my age. Our personal scale in my home says I have about 30% body fat, but i don't know if it's right. So, that's pretty bad, right? Am I overweight? And is there anything other than "exercise and eating right" that could help seeing as how i don't have much time.. or money.?

Basically about your question I personally think that if you are happy witht the way you are at the moment then you should continue with the way you are living.
Wheras you are 15 heading to 16 and you way 170lbs, I am not the brightest of people but in my opinion it sounds like a large weight, I am 14 and I way 8st Exact and I am heavy set (ish) though I am rather active, although this has not relativity to anything in this post whatsoever, Like I mentioned earlier I personally think the way you live your life is totally dpendant on you and shouldn't go by what anyone else tells you.
