I am 16 years old, about 5'4, and weighs about 200. I don't like my body at all. I see people my age with a good body and they are active. I love cheering and dancing but i cant do that for a long time because of my weight. MY friends are all smaller then me and sometimes it fills like i don't even belong in there group. They wear 2 pieces during Spring Break and the Summer and i wear a shirt and shorts. I just wish I could lose this weight so i can be active with all the sports and things i love to do. Does anybody have any ideas about what i should do?
