I have a pain and deep ache from my testicle region when I move my legs. When just sitting it is a dull pain and by feel it is hard to tell if it is my testicles or something in my hips deeper. When I stretch my leg out in front of me (either leg) it goes from a dull pain to a sharp pain. It sure does feel like an ache in my testicles though, that makes the sick feeling. Any ideas would be appreciated.

(This pain seemed to have come on a few days after I did something to my lower back that kept me in bed for a while)
