Hello,
I am female 54 in menopause. I get period every 3 months and before I get it, I feel pain in low back and amp and also feel hip pain. It is not as painful, as it is annoying. I talked to my doctor and she says this is normal for my stage. Is this really normal?

Hey,
I am in menopause too and have similar problems as you do. My doctor also said this is normal and gave me some exercises. Yoga is very good for stretching body, so I suggest you try yoga for relieving the pain in low back and hips. It helps me a lot- only 20 minutes in the morning and maybe few exercises in the evening, if still hurts. When I stretch myself, exercises really relieve my pain.
